TTAA : Early Bird booking for booths for the 29th Thai International Travel Fair

The Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) is organizing a travel fair to promote the travel and tourism industries locally and regionally as well as create marketing opportunities for members, which comprise operators in all aspects of the industry including tour companies, embassies, NTOs, airlines, tourist attractions, and numerous other related organizations that have successfully displayed their products and services over the years. This event is considered the largest in ASEAN and is in big demand in the Thai tourist market. 

This much-awaited event, the “29th Thai International Travel Fair (TITF), will be held from Thursday, January 25 to Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the Exhibition Hall 7-8, of the newly constructed Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).

In this regard, TTAA will arrange an Early Bird Booking for the 29th TITF on 24 July 2023, on 13.30 Hrs. at Meeting Room 109 B-C, 1 Fl., the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).  The exhibitors who will reserve a booth on the aforementioned date will receive the right to an early discount as well as will have the opportunity to select the preferred location or area for their exhibition.

Terms of Payment

– In booking a booth and paying the deposit of 10,000 Bant/booth for each booth, you will receive a special early discount by paying with cash, credit card, or bank cheque in the name of the “Thai International Travel Fair”  

You can view the diagram of the booth layout and terms for selecting the area in the enclosed attachments. Those who would like to reserve a booth in the Early Bird Booking, can do so as follows: 

(1) Fill acceptance form at https://bit.ly/3HTq23R by Date Thursday, July 20, 2023, so TTAA can make the necessary arrangements. 

(2) Complete the details in the Application Form together with 3 copies of the required documents for the person making the booking to keep as evidence on the Early Bird Booking Day (the first copy is for the authorized reservation staff, the second copy is for the financial staff, and the third copy is for the person making the booking to keep as evidence).
