1. Required documents on the Board of Directors or the Manager who has the authority to sign on behalf of the juristic entity
1.1 Face photographs of the Board of Directors or the Manager who has the authority to sign on behalf of the juristic entity of the applicant (taken no more than 3 months).
1.2 Copy of Thai I.D. Card or passport of the Board of Directors or the Manager who has the authority to sign on behalf of the juristic entity of the applicant
1.3 Certified documentation for a name change of the Board of Directors or the Manager who has the authority to sign on behalf of the juristic entity of the applicant
1.4 Copy of the House Registration of the Board of Directors or the Manager who has the authority to sign on behalf of the applicant.
2. Required documents on the juristic entity
2.1 Copy of the registration as a Juristic Entity and/or copy of the company registration that is not more than 6 months with a certified copy.
2.2 Copy of the list of shareholders (B.O.J 5 or B.M.J 006) with a certified copy.
2.3 Copy of the VALID tourism business license and/or any other related license as well as a certified copy.
2.4 Photographs of the front and interior of the office.
2.5 Map of the location of the office and Google Map).
