The group traveled to see and experience the production of local products; i.e, Takefu knives that are well-known; polished chopsticks that were given as a souvenir to President Obama of the USA; production of soba noodles; production of Echizen pottery; tasted the renowned Echizen crab; visited the largest dinosaur museum in Japan; saw the Tojinbo Cliff; visited Maruoka Castle, and met with government officials of Fukui Prefecture.
