TTAA Welcomes Philippine Tourism Thaila
On 22 May 2026, at the Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA), representatives from the Philippine Tourism Thailand Office, led by Dato Melissa Ong (Executive Director) and Ms. Nichapa Rojanasoonthon (Assistant Marketing Director), paid a courtesy visit to congratulate the newly appointed TTAA Executive Board, led by Mrs.Kanlayanee Assanee, President of the Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA), together with members of the Association’s Executive Committee.
The meeting was conducted in a warm and friendly atmosphere, during which both parties exchanged views on current tourism industry trends as well as the evolving travel behavior of tourists within the ASEAN market. Discussions also covered potential strategies for tourism development and joint marketing initiatives aimed at creating business opportunities and further stimulating travel between Thailand and the Philippines.
In addition, both sides discussed possible areas of cooperation in public relations activities, support for promotional campaigns, participation in Business Matching activities, and the strengthening of networking opportunities between tourism operators of both countries. These collaborations are expected to enhance capabilities and expand future market opportunities.
The discussion also included support for the 32nd Thailand International Travel Fair (TITF), recognized as one of the key platforms for promoting tourism and strengthening cooperation among tourism-related organizations and industry partners.
