TTAA welcomes IATA to discuss the aviation situation amid the crisis.
On 23 March 2026, Mr.Charoen Wangananont, President of the Association, assigned Mr.Viboon Kamontho (Vice President) and Mr.Chotechuang Soorangura (Vice President) of the Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) to welcome Ms. Winnifred Yoong, Regional Director of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), on the occasion of her visit to discuss and exchange information on the current aviation situation, including industry trends amid the intensifying crisis in the Middle East region.
TTAA and IATA agreed on the importance of closely monitoring the situation and promoting cooperation among all sectors to support the long-term sustainability and stability of the aviation and tourism industries.
